Steps

Mix sour cream , mayonnaise , horseradish and white pepper together well.

Mix beets , apple and onion together.

---

Mix beet mixture with sour cream mixture.

---

Stir well to blend.

---

It will turn pink.

---

Can be served chilled or at room temperature.
