Steps
Slice potatoes into a large serving bowl.
Coarsely chop eggs with the potatoes.
In a small mixing bowl , combine remaining ingredients.
Pour dressing over potatoes and eggs , stir gently to coat all.
Serve chilled or at room temperature.
