Super Easy Impossible Coconut Custard Pie
This easy, delicious pie makes its own crust and is ready for the oven in about 5 minutes :)
Steps
Preheat oven to 350f.
Blend all ingredients in blender or food processor.
Grease and flour a 10-inch pie plate.
Pour mixture in pan and bake for 45 minutes or until custard is set.
Chill well before serving.
