Summery Light Mango Carrot Smoothie


I originally planned to make a cantaloupe-mango smoothie. But after not having the melon, i experimented a bit and turned up with this amazingly light and delicious smoothie. Great for picky veggie and fruit eaters alike! And also a great healthy alternative for lazy breakfast cooks..

Steps


1 scrape the carrot and chop it into chunks.
Same goes for the mango.
2 combine all ingredients plus juice of 1 / 2 orange in a blender and blend well until smooth.
Serve in a tall glass and enjoy.
