Sultan's Delight

This coconut flan separates whilst cooking to make a delicate crust, creamy custard belly and chewy coconut topping.

Mix everything together and pour into a glass pie dish.

Bake at 350f for 30 minutes or until golden brown.

Serve warm or cold.
