Sugar Free Granola


Simple sugar-free granola recipe. can be used to make granola bars.

Steps


Preheat oven to 350f.
In a large bowl mix dry ingredients.
Combine honey , oil and vanilla extract in separate bowl.
Pour honey mixture over oat mixture while stirring.
Wet hands and press the mixture onto a greased pan , or use parchment paper.
Bake for 10 minute.
Remove from oven , break up mixture and stir.
Bake for 5 minute.
Allow to cool completely , then store in an airtight container.
