Strawberry Rhapsody Jam

My hubby loves strawberry jam and this is one of the recipe i use - very good!!!

Preheat mason jars and snap lids.

Combine strawberries and raspberries and fruit pectin in a large deep stainless steel saucepan.

Whisk in fruit pectin.

If using sweetener , measure splenda or sugar and set aside.

Stirring constantly , bring fruit mixture to a boil over high heat.

If using , add sweetener or sugar , and return mixture to a boil , stirring frequently.

Boil 3 minutes.

Remove form heat.

Skim foam.

Ladle into hot jars.
