Steps

Put spinach in serving bowl.

Peel and slice kiwi.

---

Cut each slice in fourths.

---

Add to spinach.

---

Grate carrots into spinach.

---

Add red onion and almonds.

---

Pour on poppy seed dressing to taste.

---

Toss and serve.
