From alex jamieson's great american detox diet. i like to omit the fennel seeds, because i don't like their flavor, but they're supposed to be good for the kidneys, liver, lungs, and digestion.
Steps
Boil the water.
Steep the remaining ingredients for 5-15 minutes.
Strain , and drink before bedtime.
