Spicy Red Lentil Soup
A lovely pink soup that is good for you.
Steps
Heat oil on medium heat.
Saute onion and garlic.
Add spices.
Saute one minute.
Add flour and mix.
Add broth , lentils , tomato paste and bay leaf.
Bring to boil , stirring often.
Cover and reduce heat.
Simmer for 25 to 30 minutes.
Remove bay leaf.
Puree.
Stir in evaporated milk.
Reheat.
