Beau Monde Pate
This is my great-grandmother's recipe. she always served it on wheat crackers with tomato juice cocktail. beau monde seasoning can be hard to find in certain grocery stores but there are some recipes on this site to make your own. The cheese is best if allowed to sit in refrigerator overnight,hence the 24 hour cooking time.
Steps
In medium mixing bowl , blend together cheese , water and beau monde.
In seperate small bowl , crush herbs together with your hands.
Mix herbs into cheese , making sure mixture is well combined.
Refrigerte overnight.
Serve with wheat crackers or celery.
