Spicy Fried Ginger Beef


A thai version of this delicious dish, simple and easy to make.

Steps


Pat meat dry , heat oil in wok over medium high heat.
Add garlic and stirfry until lightly golden.
Add chilis and stirfry green onion and ginger for 1 minute.
Add beef and stirfry just until browned , 1 minute.
Blend in fish sauce , lime juice and sugar ,.
Sprinkle with coriander and serve immediately.
