Spicy Couscous With Mushrooms


A spicy way to serve couscous.

Steps


Melt butter in a saucepan , add mushrooms , cover and cook until soft.
Stir in couscous , salt , turmeric , cumin , coriander , anise , cinnamon and chives.
Cook for 1-2 minutes.
Pour vegetable stock over the mixture , cover and set aside for 5 minutes until the liquid is absorbed.
Fluff up and serve.
