Bean Pate
This is great on hot toast or as a dip for raw veggies.
Steps
Heat the oil in a pan , add the onion and garlic and fry for 3-5 minutes until soft.
Add the remaining ingredients to the onion mixture and mash everything together with a fork.
Spoon into a dish and chill before serving.
