Spagaga


The best of spaghetti, combined with the best of lasagna . . . Great to take to a potluck dinner. Freezes well.

Steps


Preheat oven to 350f.
Brown ground beef in a skillet.
Drain fat.
Stir in spaghetti sauce , oregano , basil and black pepper.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Combine cooked linguini , parmesan cheese , eggs , and butter in large bowl.
Mix well.
Spray 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
Put 1 / 2 of the linguine mixture in the bottom of the baking dish.
Spread so it covers the bottom.
Spread 1 / 2 of the cottage cheese over the noodles.
Pour 1 / 2 of the sauce over the linguine and cottage cheese.
Sprinkle 1 / 2 of the mozzarella cheese over first three layers.
Repeat the four layers in the same order.
Bake until mixture is bubbly and cheese is melted , about 25 minutes.
