Smoked Sausage Dish

Steps


Wash , peel , and slice potatoes.
In a large skillet melt butter and add potatoes , sprinkle with cajun seasoning and garlic powder.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Slice the smoked sausage and cook in a separate skillet.
Drain can of corn.
When the potatoes become cooked all the way through and are crispy on the outside add the can of corn to the large skillet.
Add the pan of smoked sausage to the potatoes and corn when the sides start to become crisp.
Stir in the cup of cheese.
Cover pan with lid and let cook for 5 or 6 more minutes.
