Shrimp A La Fong


I found this recipe in a publication in 1972, and have been making ever since.it is polynesian and so delicious.

Steps


In large skillet cook pork sausage , garlic , black bean till meat is browned.
Add curry powder , shrimp.
Cook till shrimp turns pink.
Add gin , green pepper , onion and chicken broth.
Bring to the boil , cover and simmer 3 minutes.
Stir in catsup , salt , sugar and accent.
Blend 2 tablespoons cornstarch and 2 tablespoons water.
Add to shrimp mixture.
Cook and stir till mixture thickens and boils.
Add tomatoes.
Cover and cook 1 minute more.
Serve with rice.
