Sauteed Apple Crisp

Steps


Preheat oven to 375.
Brush crust with one tablespoon melted smart balance.
Sprinkle lightly with 2 t sugar.
Cut into 8 wedges.
Place pieces on baking sheet and bake until puffed and golden , about 7 minutes.
Set aside.
Heat remaining smart balance over high heat.
Add apples and saute 4 minutes.
Reduce heat to medium high.
Sprinkle apples with remaining sugar and cinnamon.
Cook 3 more minutes or until sugar dissolves and mixture thickens , stirring occasionally.
Place apple mixture into 8 serving dishes.
Top each with one wedge of crust.
Serve topped with frozen yogurt.
