Sauted Green Beans With Mushrooms And Onion


This combination makes a great side dish for just about any meal.

Steps


Place trimmed beans in a large pot and cover with water.
Bring to a boil , then reduce heat and cover and simmer for about 10 minutes or until crisp-tender.
Drain beans.
Meanwhile , in a large skillet , melt butter and saut onions , mushrooms , and garlic until tender.
Add drained beans and salt and pepper to skillet.
Stir well and saut and additional 4-5 minutes.
Serve.
