Sausage Filled Oven Pancake

I got this recipe from taste of home a few years back. It can be served for breakfast, brunch or even dinner. It's a great recipe that is easy to prepare as well as inexpensive. Let me know what you think!!

Steps

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Place the butter in a pam sprayed 13x9 glass baking dish and melt in oven until sizzling.

Tilt pan to spread evenly over bottom of pan.

In a bowl , combine pancake mix , milk , sugar , oil and eggs.

With wire whisk , mix until almost smooth.

Pour into pan.

Cut sausages into bite-sized pieces and place evenly over batter.

Bake 20-30 minutes , until light gloden borwn.

Cut into squares and serve with maple syrup.
