Satay Beef Patties
Serve with your favourite satay sauce and a salad on the side. I would recommend wendys kitchen's recipe #130065 these are also really tasty served as a burger.
Steps
Combine all ingredients except oil , in a bowl , mix well.
Divide mixture into 8 portions , shape each portion into a patty.
Shallow-fry the patties inhot oil until well browned all over and cooked through , drain on paper towels.
Serve hot patties with satay sauce.
