Sardi's French Pancakes

Cannot remember where i found this recipe. I believe it is from the old ny city restaurant. They are delicious. Wonderful served with lingonberries...or any fresh berries..

Steps

Beat eggs.

---

Add 1 tablespoon melted butter.

---

Add sugar and salt.

---

Beat in flour.

---

Add milk and stir thoroughly until smooth.

---

Place pan over medium heat.

---

Butter pan lightly.

---

Drop by tablespoons.

---

Cook until lightly browned.

---

Keep re-buttering pan.

---

Enjoy !.
