Barbecued Pot Roast


Don't remember where i got this recipe, but it sure is good.

Steps


Combine salt and pepper.
Rub over the roast.
Heat oil in a dutch oven.
Brown roast on all sides.
Add tomato sauce , water , onions and garlic.
Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
Combine the remaining ingredients.
Pour over the meat.
Cover and simmer for 3-4 hours , or until the meat is tender.
