Barbecued Pecans
Another stand-by recipe from my older southern living cookbooks. this is great to take to a party.
Steps
Melt butter in a dutch oven.
Remove from heat.
Add worcestershire sauce , catsup , and hot sauce , stirring well.
Add pecans , stirring to coat.
Spread pecans evenly in a 15x10x1 jellyroll pan.
Bake at 400 degrees for 13 to 15 minute , stirring every 5 minutes.
Place pecans on paper towels.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper , cool completely.
