Barbecue Shrimp


This signature creole-sicilian favorite from new orleans with a low-fat shortcut or two. it has a lush, buttery-peppery sauce. the bread is meant for mopping up the sauce so none goes to waste.

Steps


Combine first 11 ingredients in a large nonstick skillet and bring to a boil.
Add shrimp and cook 7 minutes , stirring occasionally.
Add wine , cook another minute or two until the shrimp are done.
Serve with bread and lemon wedges.
