Bar B Q Sauce From A To Z


This is the recipe my family has used for decades. When i was growing up it was often used on an eye roast of beef cooked in a rotisserie or on grilled chicken. I have also found that it makes the best beef barbeque.

Steps


Heat oil , add onion and cook over low heat for 3 minutes.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Simmer till thick , about 20 minutes.
Yield about 2 cups.
