Steps


Mix together mayonnaise , chili sauce , mustard , olive oil , hot sauce , lemon juice , and worcestershire sauce.
Stir in scallions , parsley , olives , celery , capers , and garlic.
Season with chili powder , and salt and pepper.
Cover , and refrigerate.
