Red Pepper Bean Medley


Can be served hot as a side, or cold as a salad. From light & tasty magazine. I haven't tried it yet, but it sounds good.

Steps


Steam beans for 5 minutes.
Add pepper strips.
Steam 5-6 minutes longer or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl.
Transfer beans and peppers to a serving dish.
Pour dressing over and toss to combine.
Serve immediately , or chill to serve as a salad.
