A beautiful fresh frozen dessert, perfect on its own or used as a garnish on another dessert. very simple and effective, and tastes wonderful!! it is a lovely light dessert, perfect for after a rich or spicy meal. i found this recipe on a pack of mccain's frozen raspberries, and it is a firm family favourite.

Steps

In a blender combine fruit , condensed milk , cream , lemon juice , sugar and honey.

Blend at high speed until smooth.

Transfer to a plastic container with an airtight seal , cover and freeze 4 hours or until solid.

Let stand a few minutes at room temperature before serving.

Garnish with whole fruit pieces and a sprig of mint.

Alternatively : pour mixture into ice tray mould and freeze 4 hours to create a delicious treat for your kids , or place the frozen cubes into a fresh fruit salad just before serving.
