Quick Chinese Fried Rice
Steps
Boil 1 cup water and the rice , stir and let stand for 5 minutes covered.
Melt butter in skillet.
Add egg.
Cook until set.
Add onion and rice.
Brown.
Mix 1 / 3 cup water and soy sauce.
Add to rice.
Simmer 5 minutes.
Serve.
