This is so easy but it looks so nice at a brunch or breakfast gathering.

Steps

Mix eggs , milk , orange juice , sugar , flour and salt in a blender.

Melt butter in a 9 inch glass pie plate in oven until sizzling do not let butter brown.

Pour batter into baking dish.

Bake at 350 in middle of oven until puffed and brown , about 20 miutes', fill pancake with strawberries and sprinkle with confectiner's sugar"]".
