Power Granola
The summer version of my winter power oatmeal.
Steps
Lightly toast almonds.
Add to oatmeal , wheat germ.
In a small bowl mix honey , spices and vanilla.
Toss with oat mixture to coat.
Spread on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for about ten minutes , stirring halfway through.
Cool and add dried fruit.
After cooling , keep in tupperware or lidded mason jar and enjoy with milk.

oats, almonds, wheat germ, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, craisins, raisins, dried apricot
