Banana Chocolate Chip Loaf
This is a wonderful sweet loaf and a great way to use up those brown mushy bananas. From canadian living. Can be frozen for up to 2 weeks
Steps
Preheat oven to 350f.
In large bowl , whisk flour , sugar , baking powder , baking soda and salt.
Add chocolate chips.
In separate bowl , whisk together bananas , butter , milk and eggs.
Pour over flour mixture and stir just until blended.
Spread in greased 9- x 5-inch loaf pan.
Bake in centre of oven at 350f for 50 to 60 minutes or until cake tester inserted in centre comes out clean.
Let cool in pan on rack for 15 minutes.
Turn out onto rack.
Let cool completely.
