Balsamic Vinaigrette With Fresh Herbs
This recipe is very similar to the recipe in the panera bread cookbook with quantities scaled down and modifications made for typical home use. It tastes best if made at least a few hours before serving. it keeps well in the refrigerator for several days.
Steps
Combine vinegar , herbs , garlic , salt and pepper in small mixing bowl.
Mix well with a whisk.
Slowly pour in the olive oil while continually whisking in order to form an emulsion.
Refrigerate and use within a week.

balsamic vinegar, fresh basil, fresh tarragon, fresh oregano, fresh chives, garlic clove, salt, fresh ground pepper, extra virgin olive oil
