Peach Salad With Cumin Dressing
Coooking light magazine, jan/feb 2005. Posted for safekeeping; i have not tried this recipe. notes: thaw the peaches and pat them dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture. Pairing the fresh raspberries with the frozen peaches makes this taste like a fresh fruit salad.
Steps
Combine first six ingredients in a bowl , tossing gently.
Combine cumin , salt , and pepper.
Sprinkle over peach mixture.
Add raspberries , and toss gently to combine.
Serve immediately.
