Baked Sesame Chicken With Soy Dip
Who couldn't use another chicken breast recipe in their mix? well, besides vegetarians, that is :) here is one i found in the january 2009 copy of bbc good food magazine. it says that the recipe is suitable for freezing.
Steps
Heat oven to 400 degrees and line a baking tray with baking paper.
Mix the breadcrumbs , sesame seeds , five-spice and a little seasoning on a plate.
Pat dry the chicken , dip into egg , then roll in the breadcumb mix.
Arrange on the baking tray , then bake for 25 to 30 minutes until crips and cooked through.
Mix the soy sauce with the citrus juices and sogar to make a dipping sauce.
Serve the chicken with little dishes of the sauce for dipping , plus lime wedges for squeezing over.

breadcrumbs, sesame seeds, chinese five spice powder, boneless skinless chicken breasts, egg, soy sauce, lemon, juice of, lime, juice of, caster sugar
