Orange Grits


I thought this was something different for breakfast. Recipe source: local newspaper

Steps


In a saucepan over medium heat bring water and orange juice to a boil.
Stir in grits , orange peel and salt into water / juice mixture.
Reduce heat to a simmer and cook stirring for 3-5 minutes or until thickened.
Pour into serving dishes and sprinkle with brown sugar.
Let stand until sugar melts.
