Orange Cupcakes
I double this recipe, you can ice them if you want, a lemon butter icing is rather nice, don't overdo the lemon juice though.
Steps
Preheat oven to 350f.
Cream butter and sugar together until fluffy.
Add eggs and zest.
Sift flour and baking powder together and add alternatively to the sugar / butter mixture with the orange juice.
Bake in muffin tins lined with cupcake papers for 10-12 minutes or until they test done.
