Orange Chili Ginger Ahi


A light and healthy fish dish using a marinade that can be used with many types of poultry or seafood.

Steps


Rinse the fish and pat dry.
Whisk remaining ingredients together and pour into a shallow marinade dish or a sealable plastic bag.
Add fish.
Marinate for at least 30 minutes but not more than 4 hours.
Place fish on a baking sheet.
Bake in 375 degree oven for approximately 15 minutes , until fish is cooked through.
Serve fish with your vegetable of choice.
