Nutty Vegan Pancakes


These pancakes are light, fluffy, delicious, and healthy!!

Steps


In a large bowl , mix flour , stevia , baking powder , salt , and flax seeds.
Make a well in the center , and pour in remaining ingredients.
Heat griddle or frying pan over medium high heat.
Lightly spray with cooking spray or oil.
Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle , using approximately 1 / 4 cup for each pancake.
Brown on both sides and serve hot.
