Nutty Flavored Fruit Salad


Nuts are a good source of protein but they are also high in fat. this recipe uses just a hint of peanut butter for added flavor for a healthier fruit salad.

Steps


Drain pineapple and reserve juice.
In a large mixing bowl , combine pineapple , carrots , celery , pears and raisins.
In a small bowl , combine yogurt , peanut butter and ginger.
Add pineapple juice sparingly to get a smooth consistency.
Stir dressing into fruit to coat.
Cover and chill.
