Baked Parmesan Roughy


This is from the t of h, simple & delicious magazine. This sounds good, haven't made it yet, but i am always looking for new fish recipes.

Steps


In a large resealable plastic bag , combine cornflakes , parmesan cheese and salt.
In a shallow bowl , combine eggs and milk.
Dip fish fillers in egg mixture , then shake in cornflake mixture.
Transfer to a greased 15 inch x 10 inch x 1 inch baking pan.
Bake at 450 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
