Nutmeg Zucchini Salad

Steps


To make the dressing , combine the salt , nutmeg , cumin , garlic , lemon juice , olive oil and black pepper , to taste , in a salad bowl.
Just before serving , add grated zucchini to the bowl and toss in the dressing.
