Mousseline Mayonnaise


This mayonnaise is particularly good with fish.

Steps


Place egg yolks in bowl and add mustard , vinegar , curry , shallot and parsley and mix well.
Add oil in a thin stream , mixing constantly with a whisk.
Fold in whipped cream.
Chill.
