Moroccan Chicken Thighs


Serve over a bed of couscous. from cooking light, november 2001.

Steps


Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
Add chicken.
Cook 5 minutes or until browned , stirring frequently.
Stir in the chopped cilantro and remaining ingredients.
Reduce heat to medium , and cook for 8 minutes , stirring occasionally.
Serve over couscous.

olive oil, boneless skinless chicken thighs, fresh cilantro, dried fig, green olives, garlic, marsala, honey, balsamic vinegar, ground coriander, ground cumin, ground cardamom
