Moravian Cabbage Moravske Zeli

Steps
Simmer cabbage in water for 5 minutes.
Drain , saving liquid.
Brown onion in lard , add flour and stir until brown.
Pour in the liquid from the cabbage and stir until smooth.
Add cabbage , caraway seeds , salt , sugar and vinegar.
Simmer for 20 minutes.
