Mom's Icing

This is the icing that goes with mom's chocolate cake (recipe #333590). Powdered sugar box size is an estimate.

Bring cocoa , butter and milk to a boil.

Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

Keep warm until cake is done and then pour topping over hot cake.
