Baked Cod Bell Vista

This is a recipe that i made up for special functions that i catered when i worked in a local hospital. Simple to make.

Pre heat oven to 425 f.

Place fillets in a glass baking dish.

Bush with melted butter.

Top with tomato , green pepper , and onion slices.

Pour wine in over fish.

Season with salt and pepper.
