Miniature Cheesecakes

This is a great recipe for kids to make, and it also tastes great!! great to be served for dessert favors at any meal. This is also a good choice for those bake sales that we all contribute to.

Steps

Combine eggs , cream cheese , and vanilla until creamy.

Place paper paper cupcake liners in the bottom of muffin tin.

Butter each liner lightly with a little melted butter.

---

Put one vanilla wafer in the bottom of cupcake liner.

---

Top wafer with cream cheese mixture and pie filling.

---

Bake at 350f for 15 minutes.
