Mincemeat Drop Cookies
Very simple and festive.
Steps
Cream shortening and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add egg and beat well.
Add mincemeat , mixing well.
Combine flour , soda , and salt.
Mix well , and stir into creamed mixture.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 350 degrees f.
For 18 to 20 minutes.
